Quick Warm Fruit Salad
- 1 slice cantaloupes, diced (rockmelon)
- 1 slice pawpaw, diced
- 1 small kiwi fruit, peeled
- 2 small strawberries, diced
- 2-3 slices persimmons
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2-4 tablespoons prepared custard
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions ::..
Came up with this on a chilly night when I didnt want anything heavy or sweet, but warm and comforting. Just make sure that your custard is lite, or get the diet stuff from the supermarket.
Put all fruit into a cup.
Add custard and cinamon.
Stir.
Put in microwave for 30 seconds.
