- 120 ml low-fat caramel yogurt
- 150ml buttermilk
- 8 dates, coarsely chopped
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons natural bran
- 2-3 crushed ice cubes
Directions ::..
1. Combine yogurt and buttermilk in a blender.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Chef’s tip: This smoothie is quite thick, so if you prefer it thinner, add extra milk!
4. Try this smoothie instead of cereal for breakfast.
