Healthy Oats-Bananamilk Shake

  • 1cup instant oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions ::..

In a mixer add all above ingredients and blend till a smooth drink is obtained.

If required add more skimmed milk to adjust the consistency.
