- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries or frozen
- strawberries, etc, your choice
Directions ::..
1. Put everything in a blender.
2. Cover and process for a minute.
3. Pour over ice cubes in a glass and sip away!
