Chicken Bhajiya (pakora)
- Chicken Fillets – 8oz
- Onion – 1medium
- Ginger (choped very small) – 1piece small
- Garlic (choped very small) – 3cloves
- Green chillies(choped verysmall) – 2
- Salt – Acording to taste
- Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
- Besan(gram flour,chana flour) – 1n half tablespoon
- Water – 1cup(put more if needed to makeanyother bhajiya\\\’s dough
- Oil – 1n half tablespoon
- Fresh Coriyander – 2 tablespoons
- Some more oil for deep frying
Directions ::..
First mix Chicken,Ginger,Garlic,Onion,Chillies,n Fresh coriyander…Then put them in mixer and make a mince(khima). Take it out from mixer n put in deep bowl.Add besan(gram flour),oil,salt,Water and turmeric.Mix well.(Here u can add more water if u need it). Now u can put by hand or spoon take a little(or size of pakora u like)dough n deep fry it till golden brown. Serve as side dish or its delicilous with cold drinks or with beer. N.B.If u like u can put spring onion and yougart also.
