Snacks – Non Veg – Mutton Kabab
- 500 GMS boneless mutton cubes
- 1 cup beaten yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Khus (poppy seeds) Khus
- 2 tsp. Nigella/onion seeds
- 2 tsp. Dhania
- 1 tsp. Jeera
- 8 Pepper
- 4 Cloves
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 3 green chilies
- a small ginger piece
- 6-7 garlic flakes
- 120g raw papaya
Directions ::..
1. Apply the paste to the mutton cubes.
2. Lightly roast and powder the khus-khus (poppy seeds), chironji, Coriander powder, cumin seeds, pepper and cloves.
3. Sprinkle the powder over the mutton, mix well and add salt to taste.
4. Allow the mutton to marinate for 6-8 hours.
5. Then thread each mutton piece on the skewers, baste with oil and roast over charcoal.
