Snacks – Non Veg – Murg Kali Mirch
- 400 GMS chicken breasts
- 100 GMS ginger-garlic paste
- 50 GMS Kashmiri chili powder
- Salt and pepper according to taste
- 100 GMS hung curd
- 50 ml. fresh cream
- 4 tsp. crushed peppercorns
- 4 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. black cumin seeds
- 2 tsp. garam masala powder
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions ::..
1.Marinate the chicken breasts with ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
2.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.
3.Skewer the chicken breast pieces and cook in a tandoor till done.
