Snacks – Non Veg – Hash Rissoles
- 1 1/2 cup of Cooked, minced chicken
- 8 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups of boiled, mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp. Chopped Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 large eggs, beaten separately
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt, chili powder & pepper according to taste
- Oil for Shallow frying
Directions ::..
1.In a bowl mix together the chicken, onions, potatoes, mayonnaise, coriander leaves, nutmeg, 1 egg, and seasonings.
2. Form into patties, dip in the other beaten egg, roll in the breadcrumbs so that they get a coating and set aside to chill for 20 minutes.
3. In a large frying pan, heat the oil and cook the patties on both the sides until golden brown.
4. Drain on a kitchen towel and serve at once.
