Raita – Onion Raita
- 2 cups Curds
- 1 Onion, minced
- Few Coriander leaves
- Few Mint leaves
- 2 Green chilies, minced
- 1 tsp. Ginger, sliced
- 1 tsp. Cumin seeds, ground & roasted
- 1 tsp. Mustard seeds, grounded Chili powder according to taste Salt according to taste
Directions ::..
1. Put the onions in water for 15 minutes, drain and keep aside.
2. Blend the curd with 2 tbsp. water and seasonings and beat till smooth.
3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except the coriander leaves.
4. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
