Tandoori Baked Potatoes

  • 4 peeled potatos (big chunks)
  • 1/2 cup NF yogurt
  • 1 tsp Tandoori spices (either dried or paste eg Pataks)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Directions ::..

Mix last 3 ingredients together. Roll the potatos in this mix. Put in nonstick ban and bake 40 minutes at 350 F. Check doneness. Really addictive!

Garam masala or tumeric can be used in the same way. Yummy!
