Onion Sambal
- 2 medium onions, finely sliced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions ::..
Sprinkle onions with other stuff and toss together. Serve as
accompaniment to rice and curries (I’d use red onions or sweet onions, because I’m not that fond of raw onions).
